Jesus Is Our Stronghold

Find rest, o my soul, in God alone; my hope comes from Him. He alone is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken. My salvation and my honor depend on God; He is my mighty rock, my refuge. Trust in Him at all times, o people; pour out your hearts to Him, for God is our refuge [NIV]~ Psalm 62:5-8
Jesus is our stronghold. All my life, even when I was not yet a Born_Again Christian, He’d been my guide. Our Lord
is always by my side. When I am running out of strength, when I am fighting against circumstances, Jesus always guide me. And walking in the light opens my heart to a new understanding of the faithfulness of the Lord our God. The more I live my life pleasing to His sight, the more His glory, power, and love being demonstrated.
Sometimes, circumstances ought to draw us away from His presence. Some temptations, negative feelings tend to push us away from God. Sometimes a lot of pressures from the outside strike you – but hey, we have a super-strong God! He is the great “I AM” who made the heaven and the earth. Giant fears are really small when all you see is God.
God is our refuge. He is our strong tower. So pour out your heart to Him. Jesus desires to be with you. He loves to see you rise up for your destiny. Let Him guide you. Find your peace in Him. Delight in Him. God is our refuge. He is our strong tower. So pour out your heart to Him. Jesus desires to be with you. He loves to see you rise up for your destiny. Let Him guide you. Find your peace in Him. Delight in Him.
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.”[NIV]~Psa. 46:1-3
